Meet Deborah
Principal | Lead Strategist
Principal and Lead Strategist Deborah Campbell launched DC&A in 2004, bridging three careers as an award-winning television news journalist, transformative nonprofit executive, and successful business owner.

Deborah graduated a year early from high school to attend Oregon State University and study journalism. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications, and as a graduate student at California State University, Chico her focus was on creative problem solving and modern instructional technologies.

With more than a decade as a television news reporter, anchor and morning show host, followed by nonprofit leadership roles in southern Nevada, Deborah credits her life journey as "the best real world experience for authentic and effective strategy consultation."

Deborah is involved in a number of professional organizations and community agencies, and has served as a volunteer advisor for several nonprofits.

For balance, Deborah enjoys travel, long walks, desert sunsets, astronomy, jazz, and time with her daughter and close friends.
